I want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes any clearance or sale items). Item must be in its' perfect unused and unaltered condition. Tags must still be on the item and you must provide your receipt. We will not accept any washed, worn, or altered clothing. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded as they are paid to a third party. ALL SALES AND CLEARANCE ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.



We cannot combine ANY discounts. Punch cards are considered a discount and cannot be used in combination with any sales or other discounts. The punch card may be used on a regular priced item(s)! We will not look up shipped purchases and punch your cards.  You will receive a daisy for every $20 you spend before tax.  Once you receive 10 daisies you will receive notification of your $20 credit.  It is your responsibility to let us know you have a full punch card before we cash you out. THE TOTAL OF YOUR REGULAR PRICED ITEMS MUST EQUAL AT LEAST $20 BEFORE TAX TO USE THE $20 PUNCH CARD REWARD. Punch cards are only for store pick and in store customers.

Teacher discounts are only valid on regular priced item. You must show a current and valid ID at check out for the discount to be applied. It is your responsibility to mention it before you are checked out or invoices. This discount is only for teachers.


Shipping is FREE! If you use your teacher discount shipping will be $4. Any order manually invoiced that was on clearance will have a $4 shipping charge.

All items are shipped within 1 to 4 business days from original purchase dates (our business days are Tuesday through Saturday to exclude any holidays). The Black Daisy is NOT responsible for any lost mail by USPS. Any issues with lost mail will have to be taken up with USPS.

We use the address that YOU provide to us through PayPal, Square, or Shopify. If the address you entered is incorrect and the item is shipped we will have to wait for the item to come back to us. Please make sure the address is correct.
