RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
I want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes any clearance or sale items). Item must be in its' perfect unused and unaltered condition. Tags must still be on the item and you must provide your receipt. We will not accept any washed, worn, or altered clothing. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded as they are paid to a third party. ALL SALES AND CLEARANCE ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
DISCOUNTS and LOYALTY PROGRAM
We cannot combine ANY discounts. You must sign up for the rewards program to reap the rewards of our awesome loyalty program! We cannot back track orders to give you points!
Shipping is FREE for orders $50 and over! Any orders $49.99 and below will ship for a flat rate of $4.
All items are shipped within 1 to 4 business days from original purchase dates (our business days are Tuesday through Saturday to exclude any holidays). The Black Daisy is NOT responsible for any lost mail by USPS. Any issues with lost mail will have to be taken up with USPS. We will do our best to guide you through the process.
We use the address that you provide to us through PayPal, Square, or Shopify. If the address you entered is incorrect and the item is shipped we will have to wait for the item to come back to us before we can move forward. Please make sure the address is correct.
