We ship worldwide. Different shipping fees apply according to your country.
How long does shipping take?
We require a 1-6 business day processing period. We ship all orders between 1-6 business days.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number in the email you provided.
How do I return an item?
Returns must be made within 10 days the item was delivered or purchased in store.
We do not offer refunds but will offer store credit as long as the item falls within store policy.
- Tag must still be on the item.
- You must provide your receipt.
- Item must be in it's perfect unused and unaltered condition.
- SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AS THEY ARE PAID TO A THIRD PARTY.
ALL SALES, CLEARANCE, VINTAGE, UNDERGARMENTS, AND JEWELRY ARE FINAL SALE.

How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive your returned item; please allow 1-5 business days for us to process your store credit or exchange.
Can I make exchanges?
